We inaugurated the sewing workshop, a space where you can make uniforms and implements for the company, this project helps our team of women to generate extra income for their families based on the talent that they contribute.

The Head of Human Talent Juan Jácome gave a motivational talk for the different areas of the company, with the aim of reinforcing commitment, teamwork and, above all, being able to integrate the different knowledge of the participants.
At Exportquilsa we seek that our staff have the necessary skills to be able to fulfill the company's vision, our motto lies in the commitment to our people, the community and the environment.
Juan tells us that the talk was a success, the collaborators during the talk cleared up doubts and made multiple inquiries in order for this to generate a positive impact with their work teams.

At Exportquilsa we are committed to the well-being and health of our collaborators and their families, during this week we started with the reinforcement vaccination campaign to protect our staff from COVID-19.

In Exportquilsa we carry out the "Great Mini Fair" together with the Marketing team, the campaign arises for the reuse of clothing through donations from the company's collaborators.
Logistics and maintenance costs of newly created garments are also reduced by recycling clothing.
More than 100 items of clothing were delivered, thus being a resounding success on its first occasion.
In Exportquilsa, the campaign was carried out with the objective of donating toys for the smallest of the house in times of pandemic. We find it satisfying to be able to bring children a gift to their homes. Also, the end of it was so that the children could enjoy and share their joys on these festive dates.

The occupational health and safety team, together with the Yaguachi Viejo - Cone Fire Department, developed the emergency brigade training program, with the aim of strengthening the knowledge and training of brigade members in first aid, fire fighting and evacuation.

Living forests sustain life, they are synonymous with well-being, caring for wildlife and civilized due to the invisible work they do as a carbon store, climate balance and above all precipitation, which is the main cause of floods, that is why we maintain our commitment to the reuse of products made with wood which fulfilled its main function.
We have recycling campaigns in order to make our collaborators aware of the process of separating waste both in the company and in their homes and thus be able to contribute to caring for the planet.
We implement sustainable measures that help recycling and waste reduction. The best use of resources considerably minimizes expenses.
We highlight the use of ecological products and formal training on the use of chemicals.

At Exportquilsa we are greener every day, throughout the company we have ecological points where, in addition to the desired result, we will obtain a series of residual or surplus materials (waste) which have a lot of value and can be used for other recycling processes.
Business recycling is of vital importance to avoid the damage caused to ecosystems.
