26 Jan Deviled shrimp
Surprise yourself with the juiciness of this recipe.
2 tablespoons of achiote oil.
500 gr of peeled and deveined shrimp.
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
5 tablespoons finely chopped white onion.
2 tablespoons dried chili or to taste.
1 Envelope of shrimp seasoning.
2 tablespoons of coriander.
Refried: In a frying pan, heat the achiote oil. Once hot, place the minced garlic and chopped onion. Once the onion is translucent, place the shrimp and the chili.
For the shrimp: Lightly sauté the shrimp until they are cooked, place the cilantro and serve accompanied by fried potatoes, avocado and pickles
