26 Jan Shrimp ceviche

Ingredients:
· ½ red onion chopped into thin strips.
· ¼ green bell pepper. · Juice of five lemons. · 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. · One tomato chopped into small squares. · One spoon of mustard. · ½ pound of peeled and cooked shrimp. · One teaspoon of cilantro. · Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
· Wash the onion and add a little salt. Put to rest.
