26 Jan Shrimp ceviche
A recipe that you cannot miss due to its great flavor.
2 units of red onion chopped into thin strips.
1 cup of lemon juice.
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
1/4 cup of orange nectar.
1 unit cherry tomato liquefied.
2 units of cherry tomato chopped into small squares.
1 tablespoon of mustard.
2 pounds of peeled and cooked shrimp.
1 pinch of salt to taste.
1 pinch black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon coriander to taste.
Curtar the onion: Wash the onion and cut it with a little salt. Booking.
For the ceviche liquid: In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, the tomato sauce, the liquefied tomato, the chopped tomato, the onions, the orange nectar and the mustard.
Use the shrimp: Add the shrimp and cilantro. To finish, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
