26 Jan Shrimp pasta
Shrimp + Pasta? Without a doubt a delight.
2 units of red onion chopped into thin strips.
2 cups of peeled and deveined shrimp.
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce.
1 chopped tomato.
1/2 cup of milk cream.
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
1 teaspoon of olive oil.
1/2 package of noodles.
Salt to taste.
1 teaspoon pearl onion
1 teaspoon of garlic.
Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta for 7 minutes with salt and oil. When the pasta is al dente, set it aside.
Place your ingredients in a hot pan: In a hot pan place the olive oil, the pearl onion, the garlic, the chopped tomato, the tomato sauce, the shrimp, the milk cream, the mozzarella cheese and the salt, cook for 5 minutes.
Mix all your ingredients: Mix the pasta with the previous preparation and voila!
