31 May Shrimp wrapped in bacon
Serves: 4 portions
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons of MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce
- 500 grams of shrimp, headless, peeled, and cleaned
- 1 package of bacon (250 g)
- Wooden skewers
Instructions:
- For the sauce, mix the honey, garlic, barbecue sauce, and MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce.
- Wrap the shrimp with the bacon and secure with a wooden skewer.
- Cover the shrimp with a bit of sauce and cook in a pan until they are slightly browned, occasionally basting with the remaining sauce to prevent them from drying out.
- Serve, add a bit more MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce, and enjoy.
