26 Jan Breaded shrimp
Tasty and typical recipe from the coast.
1 Cup Wheat Flour.
1/4 cup whole milk.
1 sachet of Creole broth.
2 cups of breadcrumbs.
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley.
1/4 cup of mustard.
3 cups of shrimp.
Prepare the pot: Take a high-sided pot and put a minimum of 5 cm of frying oil in the pot and heat it to 180°C.
For the breading: Place the flour on a flat plate, place the criollita broth in the flour and parsley. Mix everything well. Booking. In another container, one suitable for beating, place the egg, milk and season with the mustard.
Place shrimp in breading: Press each shrimp into flour, letting excess fall off. Then dip in the egg-mustard mixture and top with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the prepared shrimp on a tray, without touching them.
Cook and enjoy: Place the shrimp in the pot with previously heated oil and fry them for 3 to 4 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Transfer them to a container with absorbent paper and serve hot with your favorite side dish.
