26 Jan Oriental style shrimps
Perfect for an afternoon with friends.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pieces of finely chopped garlic.
1/2 cup of diced red onion.
1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
2 tablespoons ginger, peeled and finely chopped.
3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2 cups of peeled and deveined shrimp.
3 tablespoons finely chopped chives.
3 tablespoons lightly toasted sesame seeds.
For the sauce: Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic, onion, ginger and soy sauce. Lower the heat to a minimum and add the mayonnaise. Once the ingredients are well mixed and the mayonnaise is hot, remove from heat and blend the sauce.
For the shrimp: Place the shrimp in a hot pan with a few drops of oil, when they begin to change color, add the sauce and finish cooking the shrimp with the previously blended sauce.
Finish the shrimp and enjoy: Placing the chopped chives and sesame seeds. Accompany these shrimp with fried potatoes or white rice.
